This tasted so good, and was so exactly what I wanted from a Sunday dinner, that it deserves its own song. So imagine, if you will, the words above, sung to the melody in your head. And then get yourself to a well-stocked Asian store (or make this emergency kimchi) and hurry to your stove. Procuring the kimchi is the hard part (here in the NL, anway), and the rest of the recipe will come together with a hum and a whistle. Even if it were twice as time-consuming or difficult, however, it would still be worth it. This is some tasty rice.
