Goat’s cheese and leek tart

In another installment of sleeping baby/missing dairy, I set about baking a savory tart and then discovered I was out of butter for the crust. With no desire to go back to the store, I surfed to Chocolate and Zucchini and turned out Clotilde’s herby olive oil tart crust. Decorating with doughy stars was a mistake (pastily unattractive, even fully cooked), but the crust itself shattered pleasingly between the teeth and the thyme was a winning match for the leek and goat’s cheese filling. And all was well again, with a sleeping Ducky and a tasty tart.
