Wednesday: Risotto with radicchio, cream and pine nuts Liverwurst sandwiches

Thursday: Broccoli stir-fry with lemon-garlic sauce, fried salmon Risotto with radicchio, cream and pine nuts

Friday: Turkey on rye with home-made Russian, grated carrots

Saturday: Celeriac-potato mash with sausages and gravy My mom’s chicken soup and sandwiches

Sunday: Pasta with tomato sauce
