Sardines for lunch

Eating sardines started as a kindness to my body (omega-3 fatty acids! vitamin B12! minerals!), but now I pick them to be kind to my taste buds. I mash them onto crackers, spread a dollop of mustard on top and call it lunch. Best eaten when the colleagues are not around, because they don’t like the smell. To which I say: more for me!
